As at 18 July 2012 (being the latest business day
prior to the publication of this notice), the Company's issued
share capital consists of 1,303,437,293 ordinary shares, carrying
one vote each. No shares were held in treasury. Therefore, the
total voting rights in the Company on 18 July 2012 were
1,303,437,293.
